University of St. Augustine Academic Building
Features Built next to a salt marsh, a vibro-compaction system was used to prevent footings from flooding. Due to insufficient floor space for pouring panels, Tilt-Con used multiple casting slabs as well as performed stack casting to complete the project. Aesthetic design included Spanish style façade, high end exterior finish with the use of such architectural treatments as effis, corbel and barrel tile roof.
