In addition to growing the company into a successful business, the Theisens serve their communities, state and national organizations on a personal, politically and professional level. Both Rob and Mark are married and each have two sons.

Douglas Hamm, President
The entrepreneurial challenge of building and growing people, teams and companies at all levels has been Doug Hamm's passion for over 25 years. He has owned, and built, three of his own companies; a construction company, a manufacturing business and a channel management/technology company. Doug has also consulted for the construction industry, completed a successful reorganization/turnaround for a private International company and led a 1.5 billion dollar sales and marketing group for a Fortune 100 company. Along the way he has received various national awards, served on a variety of boards and is a U.S. Patent holder.

Doug is married and has one daughter.

Roger Webb, Chief Operating Officer
A commitment to safety, quality of craftsmanship and a dynamic drive for excellence has been a catalyst for Roger's success in the construction industry over the last 25 years. A wide range of skills and experience, coupled with the desire to serve and help others, has built a strong reputation as a strong leader at all levels in the construction process. Working from the ground up and operating in Project Management, Estimating, Sales and management contributed to Roger's success as a regional Vice President of Operations for an industry leader. The resume of projects that Roger has completed is second to none in the industry.
